fileWise® is a document centric workflow solution designed to automate, where possible, paper based business processes.

fileWise® has been developed to assist with real world business process issues faced by today’s office staff. The development of fileWise® has been driven by client demand which in turn has lead to the product being focussed on providing solutions to known business process headaches common to most business environments.
Having a powerful Business Process Automation software does not automatically solve a business process problem. This is where the expertise of the fileWise® team comes into its own. We originally set out to build fileWise® as a generic Business Process Automation tool but found that our clients’ required solutions that were purpose built to fix a known problem. They required a solution that addressed a known business process and all of the intricacies involved in that process. For us, a generic workflow tool was not the complete answer as we found that in most cases a lack of expertise existed in the provision of a solution when a generic system is used in place of a purpose built system.
Expertise in delivering a solution to a business process is considered as important, if not more important, than the technology used for the solution. This is where the real strength of fileWise® and the people who support the solution excel. They provide solutions that work and have done so for numerous companies in Australia for a variety of different business processes.
As a result of our experience, we have found that the majority of our clients use fileWise® for automating their purchase to pay process. It is a manually intensive, paper intensive, business process that our clients require a solution to. Aside from the purchase to pay process we also have clients who use fileWise® for processes such as accounts receivable, sales order processing, mortgage processing, reservation bookings, image based data entry to name a few. The continuing development of fileWise® is also seeing the product being used for completely electronic transactions such as electronic purchase requisitions, leave application processing, etc.
In order to make the solution easily deployable within an organisation we offer flexible and innovative licensing options for the use of the product. Interaction with fileWise® for the majority of users is through a combination of the clients email system and the fileWise® web interface.
