Our electronic forms suite has been deployed across business units such as Finance, IT, HR and Administration. From a simple replication of your existing forms to forms requiring more complex business rules and advanced workflows we can deliver the solution you need. As all of our forms are custom made to suit the clients needs each form can have different workflow rules based on the nature of the form and can also route to multiple approvers based on criteria you wish to set. Once a form has been correctly completed, routed through workflow and approved the creator of the form will receive an email notification to advise that their request has been approved. There are also reports that can be run at any time to show where a form is within the workflow cycle.

Advanced functionality can also include doing look ups to data held in an ERP or payroll system and can also export to such systems if required.
